EV charger installation in Austin, TX
We install Level 2 home EV chargers of any brand across the Austin area, starting at $720 + tax. You buy the charger, we install it, usually in one day, with a permit on every job.

What does a Level 2 install involve?
A Level 2 charger runs on its own 240-volt circuit and charges an EV several times faster than a standard wall outlet.
We run that circuit from your panel to where you park and either hardwire a wall charger or install a NEMA 14-50 outlet for a plug-in charger, in the garage or outside.
Which charger should I buy?
Whichever one you like. You buy the charger, and we install any brand.
- Tesla Wall Connector
- ChargePoint, Emporia, Wallbox and other Level 2 chargers
- A NEMA 14-50 outlet for your car's mobile connector
Tell us the model when you book so we size the circuit and breaker for it.
Does my panel have room?
We check with a load calculation before quoting.
If the panel can't take another 240-volt circuit, we quote a panel upgrade in writing first. Nothing changes without your OK.
What we'll ask you
A few quick questions on the first call, so we can size the job before we arrive.
- Which charger you have, and how many amps it draws
- How far your parking spot is from the panel
How much does EV charger installation cost?
EV charger installs start at $720 + tax.
The price depends mostly on the distance from the panel to where you park, the charger's amperage, and whether the panel needs work. After a free estimate you get a written flat-rate quote before any work starts.
How long does it take?
Most EV charger installs take one day.
Permits and inspection
We pull a permit on every job.
The city inspection is scheduled whenever the code requires one, or if you ask for one. Both are part of your flat-rate quote.
